Setup

Step 1

Okay Let’s get this baby up and running, again its super easy. You need to download the server manager HERE. I recommend downloading the .exe file it’s small and you don’t even have to unzip it. Place the EXE file on the drive you want and double click it. BOOM DONE! You don’t get any drive install options so make sure it is on the drive you want it on. 

NOTE: IF you are installing this on C:\ Drive I Highly recommend to create a new folder directly on C:\GameServer (for example). then copy windowsgsm install program into this folder and run it. You will not get a install location option when you run windowsgsm.

Step 2

Install Game, in the upper left of the server manager select server, and then install game server. Select the game you want from the list. Say 7 Days to Die for example, Under server name, set the name of the server, it is what shows up in your server list I always use the game name. If I where doing a multi install I would probably use the game name and add the map name. It’s your server do what you want. 

Click install, All the files are downloaded for you and your server is ready to go. You however are not ready yet because you will still need to open ports, for each game. You may also need to setup a configuration page for each game. Again, most of these are not that hard, and now a lot of them will be super easy because I am going to do another page for each game.
