This game is in early access and I have played it some, the information below is per the developer/steam page or whatever else is available.
NOTE: THIS GAME HAS NOT HAD AN UPDATE IN OVER 12 MONTHS. THE DEVELOPER HAS NO DISCORD AND NO WEBPAGE. I DO NOT SUPPORT ANY DEVELOPERS THAT HIDE FROM THEIR COMMUNITY.

Developer
This game was developed by a solo developer.
Survival Elements
The game has food and drink, along with radiation. Your health does not regenerate, you must drink healing potions to recover. You also need to sleep, But I did not immediately notice what ill effect it has on my character. Most likely reduced stamina.
Base Building
There is custom base building.
Crafting
You will be crafting all your items, you will loot crafting ingredients and also gather them from the environment.
Looting
There is some looting of corpses and items.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
Your main enemy types are labeled as aliens but they are more like fantasy creatures. We are zombie free yet again my friends.
Characters and Leveling
There is no character creations or leveling. The game is a first person view only.
Creature Taming and Mounts
There is no creature taming or mounts.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
I did not experience any negative weather what so ever. There was hot and cold temperatures.
Game Modes
The game has 2 modes, Story mode and Survival mode. There is no documentation as to the major differences.
Map
There are 2 hand crafted maps, one for story and one for survival mode.
Over Gameplay Difficulty
The game is easy to play. It takes a few minutes to get a handle on certain things. Like you have to craft a workbench before you can craft tools. Use the survival book and you will have no trouble identifying resources.
Game Summary
The game is unfinished, as it is in early access and I have no doubt there are bugs, I did not experience any issues in my 3 hours of play. I found the game to be a pleasant surprise. Even though this game has had no updates and may never be finished, I thought the developer has done a great job so far. This title has been .99 cents on steam for a very long time.
