Survival Elements
Eating and Drinking are the only survival elements I experienced.
Base Building
The game has no base building, It does have a special mode, that will allow base defense.
Crafting
The game has some crafting of weapons, possibly other items, you have to find the recipes to craft items. You will have to craft when you need, I just could not determine how extensive this is.
Looting
There is a lot of looting of materials and some gathering of materials. I did loot some useable equipment.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
I am not telling. Okay Okay Zombies, it’s Zombies.
Characters and Leveling
The characters are pre-made with different stats, and abilities. There is a leveling system allowing you to put points into different skills.
Creature Taming and Mounts
There is no taming and no mounts.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
The weather has no impact on gameplay
Game Modes
There are several game modes, they may require the DLC. They include Story, Challenge, One Shot Escape, and Barricade.

The game has map-able keyboard controls.

The maps are all hand crafted.
Hours
I have about 3 hours into the game which translates to 30% of the story according to the game itself.

The game is not hard to play and is rather fun.
