Survival Elements
In my limited time playing food and water are the main elements. It gives an indication of sickness with a chance of food poisoning. I did not experience hot or cold, I am unsure if this is possible later in the game.
Base Building
You will need to build a base in order to build all the crafting tools needed.
Crafting
You will be crafting almost ever item you need for your play through.
Looting
Looting is mostly scavenging around for items on the sea floor, there are containers to break open for resources and other containers to get items from.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
I did not get attacked in the early stages of the game, I suspect eventually sharks or something else will be a problem. Good new Zombies don’t swim.
Characters and Leveling
There is no character creation, the game is first person only. There are skills of sorts that unlock throughout your game.
Creature Taming and Mounts
There is no taming or mounts known. I do believe you will unlock a boat eventually, as I found a boat dock in the crafting menu.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
It does not appear weather has any impact on gameplay. This could change later in the game.

There are no game modes. Just single player

I only played a couple hours to get a feel for game. It was hard to stop and write this information. I will be playing this one more.
Over Gameplay Difficulty
The game is not difficult. It would be a good game to chill with, unless something happens later with major shark attacks. You will have to be careful not to die of hunger or thirst if you played while watching tv.
Game Summary
I found the game very enjoyable. The game was pulled from steam due to the developers dissolving (or so the steam page said). I found the game for free download. I have no idea if this is legal or not since the game is no longer for sale. The game play is very laid back, the balance seems to be pretty good. There is a bit of a learning curve but if you just stop and think or try different things it is pretty quick to sort out. It is too bad the game was pulled from steam.
