Game Engine
Taora is being developed with the Unity engine.
Developer
The Taora survival is being developed by Tulpar Games. This appears to be a single developer but could be a small team.
Survival Elements
Food and Drink, currently would be the only aspects you could consider survival. If you don’t have food and water than your health bar will decline. If you don’t sleep your stamina bar will shrink and not fully regenerate.
Base Building
There is a base system, it is similar to State of Decay 2 where everything is laid out for you, you just have to add the components to “build it”. Taora does not have a free from system.
Crafting
There are many things to craft, and many stations to build and upgrade.
Looting
Most of the looting comes in the form of components as compared to completed items.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
This is a Zombie overrun wasteland.

Creature Taming and Mounts
I cannot verify creature taming, but there are vehicles.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
Currently, I did not experience any weather that impacted gameplay.

The game has mapable controls that include invert Y.

Over Gameplay Difficulty
Taora, is not a difficult game to play. As of this version there are no real survival elements. The game is more a don’t die from AI than survival.

- You can craft and upgrade your gears, vehicles, weapons, armors that make you a real survivor.

- You can hop on your vehicle and explore unique places on Taora.
- Survive:
- Shoot and kill as many zombies as you can to survive.
- Base Building:
- It is important to build your base to survive on Taora. You can store your loot and weapons on your base, build various tools or tables that help you to improve your weapons, vehicles and survivors.
- Skills:
- Skill up your characters on different aspects, they can be a soldier to kill hordes of zombies, or a mechanic that can craft tools, disarm traps, unlock safes. Each character should be useful on different situations.
