Survival Elements
Medieval Dynasty, is very close to be a full fledged survival game, it just misses the mark, but is closer then most on the list. You have eating and drinking, along with temperature, there is also poisoning, I am assuming food there.
Base Building
This is a society builder so the buildings are more traditional for that genre, as being premade structures that you select. You will have to complete them in various stages though.
Crafting
There is plenty of crafting, you will be crafting almost everything. probably many many times over, there are towns though so you can also sell items.
Looting
There is some looting of random containers in the world at least. Possibly bandit camps as well, but I did not find any camps yet.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
Your main enemies will be aggressive animals, and bandits. I am not sure if you can turn a town against you accidentally or on purpose as well. There is a theft mechanic so I could see how stealing items would set the village on you.
Characters and Leveling
In the full fledged story mode your character is premade, and it is single player only, there is a second map that allows you to play multiplayer and make a custom character. You will be leveling skills, and tech trees allowing for some character customization.
Creature Taming and Mounts
From what I can tell, there is no creature taming or mounts, you can have your own livestock though. These can be purchased, I am not sure if there are other ways to acquire animals.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
Winter will definitely impact gameplay, not only can you die from cold, food will be more scarce.
Game Modes
The game is server based, so many sliders can be adjusted to tailor the game to your play style.

There are 2 hand crafted maps.
Over Gameplay Difficulty
The game is not difficult to learn or play. There is a lot to learn, like most society survival games.
Game Summary
I have about 20 hours in the game, but I have never made it very far. The game is good, but I am not huge on the society part, and there is always something else taking my time and attention. For those that like any kind of society survival, this one is must have, If you don’t want to manage people, the second non-story mode might be a better fit.
