Game Engine
Freedoms Twilight is being developed in the Unity Engine.
Developer
The game is being developed by Kilian, who best I can tell is a solo indy developer.
Survival Elements
This game has brutal survival, I have died just walking into plants. There are so many ways to die I don’t have the slightest idea what they are. There is a detailed healing system with cures for many conditions.
Base Building
The game has custom base building.
Crafting
You will be crafting as well as fining items. There is a good amount of crafting recipes.
Looting
You will be looting containers and the fallen, as well as gathering materials.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
There are, goblins, an undead-ish looking thing, and I am not sure what else. This is not a combat game currently, it has combat but it is essentially my stick is bigger than your stick hit e and wait, you can try to dodge. Combat is a planned improvement.
Characters and Leveling
Currently there is no character customization. There are skills and attributes but it appears they level by performing actions as apposed to leveling.
Creature Taming and Mounts
The game has pets and at least 1 mount.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
I am not sure about overall weather, I have not lived long enough to tell at this point. Night is a factor, as even with a torch it is hard to navigate.

The game is very difficult and has a significant learning curve.

Building
A weary traveler will need to find a safe place to settle down for the night. Choose between erecting a premade structure or a custom built structure from the wide range of building supplies and complete buildings available. Furnish your dwelling with craftable and collectable objects and items.
Farming
Interact with and forage over 200 different species of plants, trees, fungi, and otherworldly specimens. Collect seeds and start your own farms and orchards. Learn plants’ unique characteristics, such as which plants are illuminant and which plants attract creatures. Discover the effects different combinations of plants have on the environment.
Pets
In the land of Amissus, pets come in various shapes, sizes, and species with various abilities. Some pets may be more suitable for combat, while other pets may be more suitable for agriculture. Some pets can dig up graves and various mounds, while others can be ridden over the terrain.
NPCS
Travelers will find the folks that inhabit this land tend to be gloomy and mysterious. However, every so often a bright shining soul can be found. Will you attempt to befriend them, or will you journey through this world alone?
