Game Engine
Development
Far Lands appears to be a single developer title.
Survival Elements
Currently, Your main elements appear to be food and water, When they run out you begin taking damage in seconds.
Base Building
There is custom base building, which you start immediately, or your normal survival game reasons.
Crafting
There is quite a bit of crafting options. Most of it is done with different benches, and it is a little simplified. You won’t have to cut down a tree, saw into logs, cut into boards, woodwork into handles. Cut down a tree and your ready to craft.
Looting
there is some looting of containers, but mostly gathering of resources.
Combat, Main Enemy Types
The main enemy type is zombies.
Characters and Leveling
There is no character creation screen, the game is first person view so it is partially irrelevant, there multiplayer however so I am not sure how this will work. There is no character level or skills at this stage.
Creature Taming and Mounts
There is no taming, there is at least one mount and one vehicle.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
I did not experience any weather impacts on gameplay, this feature maybe in the game depending on biome, or seasons, there is no indicator of seasons being implemented at this time.
Map
There is a pre-generated map and also the ability to create your own map using seeds.

The game modes are single and multiplayer
Over Gameplay Difficulty
Far Lands is not overly difficult, it is currently one of the easier survival games.
Game Summary
Far Lands takes place on an island with different biomes, You can build and craft using various resources. The game is being developed by a single person, It does not have the features of many of the other games, but is still in development. Personally, I supported this title just because I want to encourage game development, and that is worth the price of a fast food meal to me.
