Survival Elements
Food and water have an impact on gameplay and must be managed, they won’t only eventually lead to your death, they have more immediate effects of reducing very much needed stamina.
There are also illnesses and injuries that can occur.
Base Building
7 Days to Die has one of the most verisital building mechanics found in any game, You can also modify any existing building. As the name implies, every 7 days your base is raided by a horde.
Crafting
There are many items to craft, in fact most items will need to be crafted. There is also a unique gameplay mechanic in that this is a voxel world that can be mined, tunneled and you can even build under ground.
Looting
7 Days to Die requires much looting, you will also be gathering a great deal depending on what you are trying to make.

Characters and Leveling
There is a form of character leveling in the skill system,
Creature Taming and Mounts
7 days does not have taming or mounts, but it does have vehicles.
Weather Impacts on Gameplay
Currently weather has no major impact on gameplay.
Game Modes
Difficulty settings, Scavenge, Adventurer, Nomad, Warrior, Survivalist, Insane
7 days uses a server style setup so you can adjust everything.
To set a “creative” mode, in the server settings turn off blood moon and enemy spawns.
Map
7 days has a custom map, but also has a world generator, allowing you to create unlimited custom maps.
Over Gameplay Difficulty
7 Days to Die is easy to play but hard to master. You will be able pick up the mechanics pretty quickly, but there are many ways to die.
Game Summary
